His Excellency Dr. Raed Mohammed bin Shams, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) stressed the importance of further Strengthening the scientific research movement in the field of administrative work at the local, regional and international levels, as well as building future plans aimed at developing the administrative system in Government institutions and the private sector by relying on a solid research base and collaborating with all stakeholders at all levels, local, regional and international, in order to ensure the success of research and scientific efforts related to the field of public administration.
HIs statement came on the occasion of the announcement by the Institute of Public Administration of the opening of registration and participation in scientific research papers at the Conference of the Middle East and North Africa network for Research of Public Administration MENAPAR in its fourth edition, which takes place between 28th and 31st of October 2019 in the city of Ifrane in the Kingdom of Morocco under the title “Public Administration and South cooperation research to achieve the goals of sustainable development in the Arab Region”, organized and hosted by the University of “Al Akhwan” In the Kingdom Of Morocco in cooperation with the Institute of Public Administration in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Dr. Bin Shams stated that the Institute of Public Administration will continue its work in order to maintain the position of the Kingdom of Bahrain in leading the efforts of scientific research in the field of public administration internationally, which has fruitioned with his election as head of the oldest international organization for Administrative Sciences (IIAs), adding that the institute will continue its research functions and management through its leadership of the scientific, research and academic community at the regional and international levels in order to improve the practices of public administration and apply the latest trends in this field, towards an international community that enhances human aspirations.
The Menapar Conference of 2019 seeks to create a common space for all participants to share scientific expertise and best practices in administration and to invest the knowledge attained in ublic administration in the implementation of the sustainable Development goals in the Arab region. He added that the invitation to participate in the conference is extended to all researchers, scientific research practitioners, doctorate students , academics and those concerned with public administration issues. The Institute will work in collaboration with its partners to invest the outcomes of scientific researches, studies and outcomes from the Menapar conference in Improving the quality of life of the individual in the Arab countries and building prosperous societies capable of catching up with the developed countries in various fields.
