The Customer Service Program comes in line with the priorities of the Government program to provide high quality and competitive services to the citizens which contribute to fulfilling their expectations. This program has been redesigned after monitoring the challenges in the field of customer service in the Kingdom of Bahrain, to be made into a series of specialized programs graded according to the career level of those working in the field of customer service. It is divided into for specialized programs, the basic level, the professional level, the service design and the customer journey.
For Government Entities:
The Institute of Public Administration receives nomination applications by training officials in government agencies via the Special Registration System (TMS) on the Institute’s website (www.bipa.gov.bh). For private establishments and Individuals:
The Institute for Public Administration will receive the nominations via registration forms provided on the Institute’s website (www.bipa.gov.bh)
