Seef District –The Bahrain Institute of Public Administration:
20 trainees from the Parliament concluded the Innovation and Job Excellence Course provided by the Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) as part of a training program designed to meet the needs of Parliament staff. The program is presented in several stages during this year, where a series of training courses are provided on a number of topics and skills that commensurate with the various administrative levels of the Council, in order to develop human resources and qualify them to meet all the requirements.
The trainer Ms. Manal Matrook presented this course aimed to introduce the general concept of creative thinking and its role in the development of businesses and methods, in addition to training on how to overcome the limits of stereotypical thinking to think outside the box.
The course focused in three days on the concepts of creative thinking, its properties and importance. It also addressed the most important obstacles to creative thinking and the development of innovative methods of work, the positive outcome of these methods, in addition to learning how to achieve excellence and innovation at work and the application of steps and stages of development of working methods for a new administrative and creative role. On the other hand, the trainer addressed how to remove the obstacles and the development of creative abilities of staff to provide excellent services, innovation and new means of action.
The participants praised the high level of the course, the skills and creative methods they gained through the practical training as well as the creative thinking sessions they enjoyed during the course.
