Dr. Raed Mohammed Bin Shams, the Director General of the Bahrain Institute for Public Administration (BIPA), affirmed the importance of developing an action plan to improve the Government’s outputs, by uniting efforts in a comprehensive and sustainable manner based on bolstering the communication between the graduates of the Leadership programs, from national establishment.
The aim of these efforts is to provide an environment of joint work centered by the one team spirit through which administrative and academic expertise and best practices are exchanged and shared easily. Dr. Raed was speaking on the sidelines of the launch by Bahrain Institution for Public Administration (BIPA) of the Alumni Network for the Graduates of the leadership programmes implemented by the Institute.
Dr. Bin Shams pointed out that the Alumni Network for Graduates of the Leadership Programs comes in line with programs and initiatives of the institute and reflect the principle of sustainability, which is the main pillar of the Bahrain 2030 vision.
He added that the Institute strives to develop a unified and lasting action plan, under which the graduates can meet in order to enhance the government performance system along with the outcomes and projects of Government agencies, explaining that includes organizing various workshops and supports administrative and academic intellectual groups, that achieve the aspirations of the cadres and leaders of the government sector to gain the utmost benefit from the knowledge and experience provided by the leadership training programs.
Dr. Bin Shams stated that the Alumni Network for the Leadership Programs’ graduates comes in line with the Public Administration Institute’s efforts to employ creative tools to enhance the public sector, and the network strives to bolster the effective communication between the members and the cadres in the government sector. He stressed on the importance of increasing cooperation between government leaders and support the coordination between the establishments in order to discover the best solutions and improve the government strategies to face the upcoming challenges and to contribute in achieving the government Agenda for the Kingdom of Bahrain.
